Need to add transmission fluid to my 2012 Dodge charger but I can't find the
darn dipstick or the reservoir.  A lil help please.

Some vehicles now do not have a dip stick for checking these days. You have to look for a plug on the side of the trany to check the fluid, which should be higher up than like on a standard trany. Fluid level should be no more than 1/2" below the plug threads.

There is no a dipstick in these, and it’s a sealed system. That said, if you look at the pic I added, you can see where the fill port is. It will say something in the cap like ‘dealer only’ but that’s the port. If you use regular pliers, you can turn it a 1/4 turn counter clockwise and it will come off. If you want to add anything, you just put a funnel here. There are also net posts that will tell you have to make your own dipstick with a long zip tie if you google this topic. Good luck to you.

Yes, it's a small black plastic cap that says "Dealer use only", hop on amazon and buy this ( https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07K657X1F/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00? ie=UTF8&psc=1 )to check it, it will come with a chart to know how to accurately read it, when you're done checking the fluid, put the plastic cap back on, you also can fill or suck out fluid through that little tube. Do not push the dipstick all the way in, push till you feel like it touched the bottom of the pan.

This is a stupid answer and Dodge sucks you pay 30,000 for this junk of shit and they can't throw in a $5.00 dipstick? I guess it is obvious to see why General Motors consistently kicks Chrysler's ass in sales and service world wide.
