Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Yesterday my boyfriend changed our neighbors radiator on a 86 or 87 Dodge Ram 150 truck. The operation went smoothly everything came out and went in as it should. Today our neighbor went to drive his truck and it is POURING transmission fluid. The hoses going into the radiator are tight, that is not the problem. It looks like the fluid is actually leaking from the transmission itself. He said that the transmission wouldn't shift from him either. Could changing the radiator have affected this at all? Is the suddenly leaking transmission at all related to the radiator swap performed yesterday? If so what happened and how do you diagnose and fix it? PLEASE HELP!!!! Thanks :)

hose comes from tranny to rad and another goes from rad to tranny, it would seem pretty obvious that pulling /wiggling one end of the hoses at the rad end could have easily caused the other ends to leak Things become dried out and rusted and moving the hoses around could have easily disrupted the connections at the tranny
