SUV rough idles and stalls: tps sensor?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2002 Isuzu Rodeo, rebuilt engine,
v4. I cleaned the throttle body but need to
definitely run seafoam through it as there is
a ton of carb build up. I replaced the fuel
filter and it stoped stalling out but still can't
drive it above 5 mph (high revs but
speedometer won't increase beyond a
certain point). It was running great while
idling before I messed with the tps sensor (I
unplugged it and plugged it back in while
idling). Now it rough idles reeeeally bad and
will stall unless I give it lots of throttle. After
I give it throttle it will idle without stalling. I
have no code checker. I know my pcv valve
is probably clogged because of all the carb
buildup. Help?! This momma needs to get
back to school!

I've already cleaned the IAC valve and checked all the plug wires. Can't find any vacuum leaks either.

I would disconnect the negative cable from the battery and have the ECM "relearn" the TPS sensor it worked on mine
