Are any of the battery wires near the struts?

I just had to take my 2012 avalanche to the shop they fixed
one of the struts now my radio turns off and then back on
by itself and the doors randomly unlock and lock could it
be something the mechanic did

If it didnt do it before the mechanic worked on it then most likely may have unhooked a ground wire or nicked a wire while replacing the strut.

Thank you when I went back they charged me another 300 saying the negative wire running to the battery was faulty and it was not caused from the work previously done
