Are you aware of the lawsuit regarding the instrument cluster? Will my 8 year old truck qualify?

My 2004 avalanche instrument panel comes on and goes out. The odometer and speedometer are completely out.  The other gauges come on and go out on hteir own.  This also happens in my brothers-in-laws  avalanche. Iunderstand there was a lawsuit that forced Chevy to fix them
