Fuse blows when A/C is turned on

I have a 2013 Ford Explorer XLT with a new a/c compressor and condensor
and when the a/c is switched on it will kick on and within a matter of minutes it
blows #70 fuse, what could be causing this fuse to keep blowing?

Compressor coil perhaps has a short. Don't know if that part came with your unit or not. I've purchased some rebuilt compressors and they were duds right out of the box.
