i have a 2013 terrain air only works to the windows but not to feet or face

my hot air and ac only work for windows . any idea why?

Vents in the climate control system not opening or closing-

If you have the front windshield heater on, it directs the air from the cabin to the windshield. Look at the das and see if the windshield vent light is on. If so, push the button to the windshield vent to turn it off.
