HVAC sensor? ECT sensor, ATC sensor. Just what sensor do you need? A live data scan might be the way to go to start with.
If you're talking about the engine coolant temperature sensor you'll need to do what G A said and then check the actual coolant temperature with a laser type of thermometer. Zap the thermostat housing and see if it matches your scan tool. Hope that helps! Jim
