Kia sportage Jan 2013 with built in Sat nav screen.There is no re set button?

Question type: General

Radio started to intermittently cut out for a few seconds.After 20 minutes. no sound at all.Then an hour later
radio started again for a few minutes and has now stopped working completely No sound on Bluetooth or Sat
Nat either.
There is no reset button on my model (built in Sat nav)
Any ideas.Thanks

Look at the panel and see if there is a tiny hole at the upper right above the nav screen Insert a small ?? I used pointed tweezers to reset That’s how I reset a 2012 Sportage EX.
