2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee hatch window won't stay closed

The hatch window was replaced and now it won't stay closed.  It will go down
and you can hear the lock but it will pop open again when driving.

He is coming back to look at it but says he just replaced the glass and has nothing to do with the lock,
