Does it make that sound @ around 5-15 mph? My 2010 was making a,hard to describe, grinding/gear grinding/rattle, from the front, and i found out, that the front drive shaft CV joint, was bad, just get under it and try to turn it with your hand, you'll find out that's what it mite be. hope this helps. And there easy to remove, and reinstall, I got lucky and my neighborhood junk yard had one from a 2012, with only 36K miles for 125.00$ hope this helps
