Replace yous blower motor the motor itself probably has a short in it
Reach under the glove box. Close to the centre console there are a number of wire connectors. With the engine running, move the wires slightly. If the blower comes on in response to moving the wires, its possible that there is a poor earth connection.

It could be the fan or the A/C control fan switch is bad. I see this all the time.
if the blower motor is pulling to much current it will fry the resistor and the connector, as above wiggle the blower motor resistor wiring connector around probably got real hot and melted the connection...( if it turns back on ) ....you will need to replace the blower motor the resistor and cut and splice a new connector in it's place to correct the problem correctly
