What part can you take out to make it not start

Long story short my husband took some part out
of the engine quickly .. so I couldn’t drive it.  He
did this once before but only disconnected the
battery which I figured out ... he’s aparantlt
stepped up his game

I think your husband has mental problems. But in the mean time check your fuse block under the dash, driver's side. If he was in the engine compartment, check the fuse block under the hood next to the battery for missing fuse or relay, and replace it with maybe a 20 amp fuse or any similar relay if there's a missing relay. He may have unplugged something like the cam sensor so look for unplugged components first, including your husband's brain.
