What can I do to fix it?

Jeep runs like new when first started. Can
drive about 30 minutes or so and it’ll start
missing

I had that problem here in TX during the summer. Finally figured out that it was the INTAKE AIR TEMPERATURE SENSOR on my 2007 Grand Cherokee. Your sensor may have a different name but basically it is the sensor that measures the air temperature before the intake and after the air filter. Look into this
