Some of the Electric in my 2002 Jeep Liberty Renegade is not working

Okay, Lets start off by listing all of the problems that I have had:
My speedometer does not work
It stopped tracking how many miles I have gone
My Electric locks do not work but my electric windows do (I do not have a
key fob)
My running lights(front and rear) do not work but my brights work when I pull
the Lever.
Please help me!!
My father and I have already replaced the BCM and the ECM and we are at
a total loss!!!

There's a computer module on the back of the fuse panel under the dash. When mine went out it took part of the fuse panel with it. I asked my mechanic how to proceed and he recommended me to Andy @ Jeep Diagnostics. He is mobile. 3522639102..
