the 2002 jeep liberty sport has been packed for over 12 months, and will not start. What
could be the problem?

Replace batteries, clean the whole fuel line, empty fuel tank, feel fuel tank w fresh fuel, check all exposed electric contacts, higher a priest/minister and pray.
