Back passenger side sets lower than driver's side

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2000 jeep wrangler.  My back passenger side sets about 3/4" lower than the driver's side.  I replaced the shocks and coil springs.  I can't seem to figure it out.  A mechanic told me to take the trac bar off to see if it levels out, but it didn't.  Any suggestions for this?

If replacing the suspension components doesn't do it then you may have a tweaked frame or bent frame rail. Have the frame checked out on a "frame bender".

Hi Big_Mac1, I would agree with RudeAwakening. Most good auto-body shops should have access to a "frame bender". Upon inspection you should be able to take some crude measurements with the vehicle parked on a flat surface. Measure from the ground to multiple points (ie. rear shock mount, bottom of rear frame, rear axle, etc.) on both sides of the vehicle. This should give you an idea where the 3/4" is missing. Hope this helps!
