Vehicle failed for lean condition and also a rick condition at
different load conditions on a dyno style e-test. Keeps
setting a lean fuel code. P0171

A p0171 indicates a lean condition, and a possible vacuum leak. Perform a smoke test if you can't find which hose or gasket is allowing unmetered air to escape.
