mY 2014 Chrysler Town and Country Touring minivan has bluetooth. It worked flawlessly then suddenly continually disconnects my outgoing calls after 2 rings. I can receive calls no problem. Why?

Took the van in to the dealer and he said something about my Samsung GAlaxyS4 being updated regularly and the vans system not be compatable any more.  Is that possible?

problem is in the Android software I have the new Galaxy edge 4.4. 4 software and it works just fine with my Chrysler the other galaxy s4 I had did not work and did the same thing it had 4.2 software.
