Has anyone had trouble with Transit Connect Engine blowing oil all over engine bay?

I found the information concerning a oil pressure relief valve...here is the article...copy and paste... http://garrett-engineers.com/2014/08/case-of-the-month-an-oil-leak/
Is the oil fill cap and the dipstick in place?
joemom, years ago we had a Ford pickup in the shop that would blow the cans off of Motorcraft oil filters. Replaced the stuck oil pressure relief valve and problem solved. ,If the van had been recently serviced it is possible the earlier old oil filter gasket was not removed and putting a new filter and gasket on top of an old gasket will cause a big leak. Something to check.

My concern here and so I've noticed, is that when we have our oil change, our dealership tends to under fill the required oil level. This has me wondering if the owners manual is actually correct in saying 5 3/4 of oil is needed. When only 5 quarts is needed. But better be safe than sorry. I would have the dealership/shop put less than is required in the van and allow the van to sit over night. Take a reading and check to see where the oil is on the dipstick. 9 out of 10 times ours has been blow the lowest "cross hatching/marks" and I would simply add 1/2 a quart more. According to your comments above, it would appear that the dealership/shop has actually over filled the engine and thus you would encounter an oil "blow back" or hiccup.
