If it is timing we are havin one hell of a time figuring it out. Do Have an idea. We pulled distributor again. Tried to adjust carb. Backfire backfire. BACKIFIRE!!!;!; WON'T GO UP A DAMN HILL
The firing order is 1-8-4-3-6-5-7-2, the front of motor back passenger side plug # 1cross2,cross3 cross4 cross5 cross6 cross7 cross8,google has firing order just like this, and if timing marks are right when chain replaced this should have the timing right,
Back fire shows timing not right or plugs wires crossed.
