96 jeep Cherokee crank but no start and no spark

Could be the crank sensor or the timing belt.

Could be crank sensor timing belt, ECM , fuse, cam sensor, the PCM on a lot of jeeps burn out so check it, if non of these solve the problem then it’s probably going to be a fuel air ratio issue possibly mass flow sensor or map sensor after that you’ll need to start checking internal things like the piston rings the two compression rings and the oil ring. If the oil ring is bad oil could be getting up in the combustion chamber causing a no spark with the plugs because the oil can stop a spark plug from firing.
