you have a timing chain it does not need to be replaced unless it stretches and starts acting up

Honda 2014 should have a chain timing belt. My 2008 CRV has chain instead of rubber bands. You shouldn't have to change it under regular driving conditions. Mine has over 150K with no problems. Good luck.
