Replace Timing Belt no later than 105 thousand miles, buy a kit so you can replace all the belts, seals And tensioner pulley

After replaceing timing belt also adjust the valves with engine cold
Replace the timing belt at 5 years or 105,000 miles. That 2000 Honda is 15 years old so if buying it plan on a timing belt and related parts immediately.
