1993 Jeep Cherokee full beam works, Parking lights work, but Headlights do not work??

My Headlights dont work, but my full beam and
parking lights do, and was wondering how to fix?
Also my speedometer does not work soo not too
sure how to fix. I only was just given this to me
from my old man for a gift, and i know nothing
about cars and such, Help a brother out, also

This problem happens to a lot of people they drive not knowing that one low beam light has gone out so when the other one goes out they think there is a problem but just need to replace both headlights to get low beam lights.
