Tail lights won't light on a 1991 Jeep YJ wrangler

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I replaced the bulb and I am not sure what to do next.  Also wanted to know if there is an easy location to get a look at the factory wiring/ fuse diagrams (my Haynes manual does not have it included).  Thanks to all who try to help.

try replacing your breaklight switch,on stering column down at break peddle you will see it,
