TOTALLY STUMPED!! I have a 1998 Subaru Forester S. Had a miss fire on # 1 cylinder. Put in new plugs, wires, coil pack, miss fire is gone...BUT... then the car sputters when you push the throttle. If you ease into the throttle it's ok. Idles fine. Other new parts we have tried to fix this are... cam sensor, TPS, fuel filter, and cleaned the EGR. Any ideas what is causing this? 8 Answers

I got an oil change today and was shown that the timing belt is dripping oil. Replacement is $550.00. I was also shown that oil was trapped in the right rear cylinder 228.00 to fix. Expensive? 3 Answers
They told me that the timing belt should have been replaced at 90,000 miles and the car is not safe to drive. I am not working, just moved to a new town and don't know who to trust. Is this price high...
