Ok i just switch the belt for alternator and it
started up but batterys not dead but no rmps its
really dime my dash is then it stalls out is it my
altinator or a relay switch cause when we put new
belt on it sparked do u think i messed up altinator
or is it a relay switch please help

Sounds like you shorted out the internal voltage regulator inside the alternator. Quick test is to loosen the positive somewhat so you can remove it while the engine is running to see if the engine dies. If the engine dies its a bad alternator. If it doesn't replace the positive cable quickly as this test too can burn up the internal voltage regulator.
