shipping/ delivering a vehicle

anyone have any problems with a company shipping a car? I live in Wyoming and the car I found is in NJ, I was told it will ship for free to Wyoming, BUT I would have to pay for it to ship back IF there was a problem with the vehicle?  how long does it take in general to get delivered? I would appreciate any advise before or  IF I buy

Why buy an east coast rust bucket? 4 years is more than long enough to suffer serious corrosion.
