why auto park will come on and can't switch into gear

Do you have a door open? The latest software update or the recall update made a change to the shifter behavior. If you open a door while it Is in Drive or reverse, it will change to 'Park.

I have a 2019 Jeep overland and it is in auto park I think. It won’t move period ...

Try unlocking the door twice with the key fob it worked for my sister

Auto park feature does not let you move the vehicle either forward or reverse if a door is not completely closed. Can’t stand it. Although I’m not sure if you can turn this feature off. Does anyone know? I guess I can read the owners manual, but that’s such a chore.
