Electrical issues?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I got this used from the dealership about a year ago and really have had no
complaints until about a month ago. I had the battery replaced in my car
because it was dead one morning trying to go to school. Jumped the car and
took it to advanced auto parts where I got the battery replaced and thought
everything was fine. Car was starting normally and was able to go to work and
back like normal. 2 weeks ago I was out with a friend when we both noticed
that my signal lights had stopped working. I would pull the lever and there was
no light on the dash inside the car indicating that they were on, there was no
noise, nor were the blinkers working on the outside of the car. When I got back
to my apartment we started to test other things. The headlights were not
working, the reading lights inside the car were not working, the tail lights
weren’t working, the horn wasn’t working. I thought it was really odd but it was
2 days before I was going to leave town for Thanksgiving so I just said I’ll take
it to go get fixed when I get back. I go to turn on my car after I get back from
break last week to go to school and the car is dead again. I need help getting
an idea of what the issue is so I don't go to any mechanics/dealerships and get
taken advantage of.
