electronic throttle control light came on, won’t start

Went to start my car this morning and the engine did
nothing.  Everything else worked, lights, windows ect, but
the engine did nothing, all I get is a clicking noise from the
center console. My electronic throttle light is on, keyless
start, any ideas

Starter. You can try to give it a couple snacks with a hammer or pipe. Sometimes works.
