In the state ofS Carolina after purchase of new vechile what are the right to change your mind on your new purchase.How many days or hours do you have to return if not happy with new car purchase???

I purchashed a new Ford Edge with a Trade in of a 2009 Toyota venza. I do not like the Ford Edge and less than 24 hrs asked for my vehicle back...Have been begging dealership for3 days to return my vehicle unhappy with the Edge,dealer said my sale was a done deal !!!! 2 hours after I made purchase I contacted the dealership and asked for my car back...is this legal...do I not have the right to like my purchase.....

I think you will find no state has a return policy on a vehicle purchase - it sucks but its one of those things that is final - sorry. -- Research and the test drive is the time to figure out whether you like the car - its similar to a house - if you do your due diligence and inspections and you like it, you buy it. If the plumbing starts leaking afterwards its still your house. I've been there a couple of time, I feel your pain

Sad but true - test drive is the deciding factor - I've had test drives overnight and decided against the purchase, unfortunately the dealers don't care about the buyer - just the sale
