Today, I cleaned the touch screen. Immediately following that, the ability to change a radio station from the buttons on the steering wheel no longer work. Did I hit some setting?

Did you change a setting? I can't see the screen from here. If you sprayed a window cleaner on it then all bets are off.

You should carefully read your owners manual section on the screen settings and then go through everything until you find and fix whatever it was that you did.
