Locate the fuse, turn the ignition on and then pull the fuse for the system turn the ignition off and wait 5 minutes put the fuse back in and then turn on the ignition and press and hold the eject button. Sometimes it works sometimes it don't. To avoid high dealership prices, try an auto stereo store if it didn't work.

It could be marked Radio or ENT, look in your owner's manual for exact location if you don't know. Note some of these also have a memory fuse for the radio presets so that will also need to be removed if equipped.

Your local car stereo shop is going to be your best bet. The Dealer will remove the radio and either replace it or send it out to be fixed anyway. Jim
