the dodge grand caravan will not start just clicks the dash lights flash will not

unhooked the cables and cleaned was not corroded tried to jump it still just clicks and dash lights flash

connection on the other end of the cable (on engine block or car body) for the ground. and check both ends for positive side as well.
Like they said, check all the connections. Poor contact will cause this and its such a simple fix, it's easy to assume the worst.
Same problem with 1999 and 2009 grand caravan. Tap the dash kinda hard as you turn key. Works every time for me.
