What type of bumper does a 2003 Kia spectra have on it.

Question type: General

I was rear ended by one and it was a
hit and run. I got his license plate
number but the only damage shown
was scratches that could be found. I
was told by an auto body repair that
it has a rubber bumper on it that can
bounce back out and the only way to
determine damage would be to get
under the car to check for them. I've
looked at specs and cannot locate
anything on this.
