Good battery good starter won't turn motor

1 Answer

1 Battery to Chasse Earth problem, CHECK EARTH to battery ON ENGINE clean CHECK battery EARTH TO CHASSE, clean or replace 2 Starter motor solenoid wiring and contact burn out, and failed to turn starter motor, remove and test , use jump leads, on another battery, put Earthling body of starter motor with black lead to negative on battery then just touch RED jumper lead to lower terminal on solenoid if see it you get movement, in starter motor, take care will make you jump first when /if it moves, if it don't move but just sparks starter mortor dead if you have movement in main part of starter MOTOR , CAREFULLY TAKE RED JUMPER LEAD to TOP TERMINAL, THEN TAKE A PICE OF WIRE PUT FROM RED + JUMPLER LEAD and touch the solenoid connector for ignition , small flat spade connector on solenoid body again be careful of sparks or lose connections, tor from barrery via jump leads insulate terminal jump leads best , if you done this solenoid test and starter motor fail to turn, hope you got some cash to hand, replaced my son's Kia Sedona 2.9 and did not got much change out of 200 quid, and that was a rebuilt one [recon] good luck hope its just earthling problem,
