There may be more than one. Check ACC fuses. For the low current box under the steering wheel, there is a flat part on one side. Put your finger above that flat part and pull vertically straight down. Toyota is also nice enough to label their fuse boxes. There is a fuse puller under the cover in the one under the hood. BE Cautious about using cheap chargers and old GPS, I see them pop fuses all the time. Get your chargers from the phone store and don't use splitters to make multiple ports.
There is a fuse box under the steering wheel and a 15A fuse labeled p.outlet.
Can anyone please tell me where the fuse is for the charger/cig lighter for a 2017 Toyota Corolla
Can u tell me which fuse on the Toyota quest is for lighter and charger??
The power outlet fuse is a 15 amp fuse located WAY under the dash to the driver’s side left. There is some contortion to be done to see and handle it. I looked online for over 1/2 hour and ended up figuring how to get to the interior fuse box on on my own. I hope this helps someone replace the cigarette lighter fuse in their ‘15 Corolla LE in way less time than I spent. Wait until it’s cool or overcast if possible. Pull in your driveway with lots of room by the driver’s door, turn off the car and set the emergency brake and throw down some padding, like an old bathroom rug or a couple of towels right by the open door. Protect those knees; you’ll be thankful when you are older. Get a small halogen flashlight and if you wear bifocals, get your reading glasses. Really. Get the fuse puller and spare 15 amp fuse from the fuse box under the hood (that’s easy- ck the online videos for clarification). Put on the reading glasses, and kneel on the rug, elbows on the driver’s side rug, straighten your left leg and twist around as far as you can and shine that light up under the dash. NOW you can see the oblong opaque white fuse box in those UTube videos. Note the orientation of the diagram on the cover for replacement later. Wiggle off the cover and note the p/outlet location. Mine was the blue fuse closest to the front driver’s wheel. Than goodness; the easiest one for me to reach. Note the positioning of the lettering for fuse replacement. Patiently pull the p/outlet 15A fuse with the fuse puller. Look at the fuse; if it’s blown you will likely resolve your problem in a bit. Patiently replace with new fuse in correct orientation by hand and gently push in place. Gently wiggle the cover back on and it should snap in place. This was the only easy part of the process for me. Turn on the car and plug in the charger. I hope your charger lights up and starts charging as mine did. :)
