2016 ford explorer platinum

Hi.   Just purchased 2016 Ford Explorer Platinum and all at once the power
rear view mirrors, navigation system, AC and two front power windows quit
working.   In shop but they cannot figure it out.   Any ideas?   Thank you.

There is an issue in some of the newer trucks where the steering wheel heater, rear power window and something else all goes out together also, check the fuse box circut board as it's prone to failure
