I have a Lincoln MKX 2016 with a Sync 3 systems but the dealers now tell me that it is not compatible with an android system on my phone.

Really, we have a 2014 Lincoln MKZ and my Android based Galaxy Note 2 works fine in the bluetooth mode. What are you trying to do with the phone and which phone is it?
