p0174 code??

I have a 1995 ford t-bird that has a code p0174 can anybody tell where to start? maybe a vacuum leak around the throttle body, or mas air flow needs cleaning ?

Code P0174 is: "Indicates the air/fuel mixture is too lean. It may very well be MAF needs cleaning ... is the car running rough?

Sounds like vacuum leak in MAF for sure. possible only a loose or broken vac line

ok I found what was wrong with my car and I was getting the po174 code... both of catalytic converters shot, sending exhaust smoke back into engine causing the p0174 code. and melting idle air control valve, what else could be damaged around idle air control valve, be sides manifold gaskets and throttle body gaskets? what else can be damaged?
