Radio wont turn on in 2016 chevy malibu

I own a 2016 chevy Malibu, to which experienced a dead battery with the
cold weather that occurred two weeks prior. After jump starting the car,
everything worked relativley well again. However, after turning it on today,
the car started up as normal, but the radio touch screen did not light up and
display chevy like it usually does. This was a bit odd as it was working
perfectly fine the day before. After warming up the car and driving, i turned
off the car and back on to see if it was just the cold. No success. Any
thoughts? The screen itself looks like it turns on, but no picture comes up
and no music comes on. Is it possible that the cold is causing the screen to
not function correctly and will temporarily be unavailable until the car warms
up a bit more? Additionally, my back up camera doesnt appear either.
