The bluetooth in my Highlander has stopped working. What would cause this?

The bluetooth in my Highlander has stopped working.  I tried to pare my phone
again, but when I choose "setup" and then "bluetooth" it won't go to the next
screen.  Any idea what would cause this or how to fix it?

Good question. Sam3 thing happens to my 2013 Highlander...planned obsolescence..and they want you to buy new 2021 perhaps? Dunno.
