My 2016 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD maximum carrying weight is 3150. My truck camper weighs 2650 dry but 3500 with water, gas, people. It has airbags. Can it handle this weight?

You could beef up the rear suspension by adding an extra leaf spring, and coil over shocks. Then there would be no problem.
