Car not accelerating after stopping

Asked by GuruFSZLB Apr 24, 2020 at 08:27 AM about the 2011 Suzuki Swift

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Hey,
I am having an issue with my car ( its 2012 model
but there is no 2012 model in the option.) whenever
i stop at light it hesitates to accelerate and even
though i fully press the acclerator the rpm does not
move. And the only way to make it move is to keep
pressing the accelerator or press the brake again
and the accelerator
I had  changed spark plug , brakes, oils , air filter
and air flow sensor.
Its much better than before after i changed the air
flow sensor
Now its normal 8/10 times and does not accelerate
2/10 I am a bit worried as this might effect my
engine.

Hey, This is happening to my 2012 Suzuki Swift also. I just bought the car two months ago, and since then have replaced the MAF sensor, but it is still happening. GuruFSZLB did you end up figuring out the problem?
