sudden deceleration on 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee

While driving my 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee, occasionally it will decelerate
while I am driving.  It is enough to make the seat belts tighten.  Continued
pressure on the gas pedal and it will again regain speed.  Have taken it to
dealership twice and they cannot find a problem and test drive does not
recreate the problem since it only happens irregularly.  Has anyone else
experienced this problem?

I haven't experience this, but on my wife's 2016 Jeep Cherokee, she gets this "springy" sound and a "pop" sometimes when she steps on the brake. We did the same thing where we took it into the dealership and they couldn't recreate. The only thing you can do is try to have them recreate the problem or else, they won't do anything about it.
