Wat size fuse is used in a blinker/heater for 94 ford explored

My hater and blinkers stopped working  at The same time. Fuse?

Look under the cover of your fuse boxes. Should be a schematic telling you what each fuse controls. As far as the heater goes, I think what you mean is that when you turn on the fan for the heat, nothing happens? That may be your blower motor that has quit working. If that's the case, here's a video on how to access the blower motor. Once you remove the jug so you can see the bottom of the blower motor, turn your fan to high and tap on the bottom of the blower motor with a heavy ratchet. Did the motor suddenly come to life?
