94 mustang wont start, I think my car hates me

First off, I'm gonna let you guys know that I know
absolutely nothing about cars. This is my first car
and this seems to be a problem that happens at
least once a month or every other month. My car
will click at first when I turn the keys then all lights
shut off and when i try it again there's no click or
anything. Even resets my car's clock thing when I
finally do get it started. Idk what to do about it and
it would be really helpful to have someone who
actually knows about cars give some input rather
than crack heads who rely on YouTube and Google.
