Thump/flip vibration when engine cold and put into Drive.

Ford Fusion 2017 when cold, during cold weather, and put into drive, I can feel
a vibrating flip under my left foot. Is this a cold vacuum problem? Just
experienced this in 2020, so vehicle is only 3 years old. Once the vehicle is
warmed up this problem goes away. Should I be concerned?
